That’s why I offer a range of techniques to fit your needs.

I use a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

I tailor my sessions using a mix of these to address your specific issues including coping with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or self-esteem challenges.

Free initial consultation (30 mins)

A chance to discuss your concerns, expectations, and how we can work together. This initial consultation will take place before any other services are offered.

One-to-one counselling
(60 mins)

Personalised, trauma-informed therapy to help you process emotions and build resilience. I’ll use a range of methodolgies that best suit you and your needs.

From £90 per 60 minute session

Mentoring
(50 minutes)

Guidance and support for personal growth, decision-making, and life transitions.

From £50 per 50 minute session.

Follow-up sessions
(20–30 mins)

Check-ins after counselling or mentoring to maintain progress and reinforce coping strategies.

From £20 per 20-30 minutes session

Flexible appointments available

I offer online and phone sessions on the following days:

  • Monday: 8:30 am, 9:30 am

  • Tuesday: 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

  • Saturday: 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm
