  • I offer trauma-informed counselling tailored to your unique needs. My services include one-to-one counselling, mentoring for personal growth, and follow-up sessions to maintain progress. I specialise in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ and Kink communities.

  • I currently offer online and phone sessions to provide flexible and accessible support. This allows you to receive counselling from the comfort of your own space.

  • I offer online and phone appointments on the following days:

    • Monday: 8:30 am, 9:30 am

    • Tuesday: 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

    • Saturday: 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm

  • No. I am very flexible with times and days so contact me and we can look at availability.

  • The initial consultation is a 15–20 minute conversation where we discuss your concerns, expectations, and how we can work together. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and decide if my approach is the right fit for you.

    • Counselling (60 minutes): From £90 per session

    • Mentoring (50 minutes): From £50 per session

    • Follow-up sessions (20–30 minutes): From £20 per session

  • Currently via Bank Transfer and payment is to be made prior to the session taking place.

    You will receive payment details once we have agreed to start sessions.

  • Yes, confidentiality is a key part of my counselling practice. Your sessions are private, and I follow the ethical guidelines set by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). Exceptions to confidentiality only apply if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • Each person is different, and every day is different. Within work, family, life, and health, there will be unexpected circumstances, so there is flexibility in how often you receive sessions.
