I offer online and phone appointments on the following days:
Monday: 8:30 am, 9:30 am
Tuesday: 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm
Saturday: 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm

No. I am very flexible with times and days so contact me and we can look at availability.

The initial consultation is a 15–20 minute conversation where we discuss your concerns, expectations, and how we can work together. It’s a chance for you to ask questions and decide if my approach is the right fit for you.

Counselling (60 minutes): From £90 per session
Mentoring (50 minutes): From £50 per session
Follow-up sessions (20–30 minutes): From £20 per session

Currently via Bank Transfer and payment is to be made prior to the session taking place.
You will receive payment details once we have agreed to start sessions.

Yes, confidentiality is a key part of my counselling practice. Your sessions are private, and I follow the ethical guidelines set by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). Exceptions to confidentiality only apply if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Each person is different, and every day is different. Within work, family, life, and health, there will be unexpected circumstances, so there is flexibility in how often you receive sessions.
