Hi, I’m Natsai

I’m your psychotherapeutic counsellor and founder of Teburah Counselling.

My journey into counselling was deeply personal, and it taught me the value of genuine support and understanding. With a diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and hands-on experience supporting individuals through life's challenges, I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, confidence, and peace.

As a Black female counsellor, I provide a safe, non-judgmental and inclusive space for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ and Kink communities.

My goal is to help you navigate your current challenges and equip you with the tools you need for future growth and self-discovery. Learn more about me.

What others say

“Natsai has been a great help, being able to open up and really feel listened to has been just what I needed.”

“I judged myself more than she judged me. As person who has been in and out of prison and done really bad things I was always greeted and felt welcomed. I was really scared at first as i have never had a female counsellor before, only the prison male support team. If I ever needed help again I would come back to her.”

“In my first session I felt as though it was all about me and I didn’t feel pressured to open up to tick boxes. Natsai didn’t pick up a pen and write anything down the whole time and I noticed this because this is one of things that put me off previously. By my third session I wanted to open up and by probably my 5th session I’m pretty sure Natsai knew my life story.”

“I genuinely thought I was going to give up - I have had counseling twice before and felt it was pointless. Being referred to therapy and having Natsai as my counsellor was exactly what I needed. my sessions sometimes didn't even feel like therapy - I looked forward to our sessions and was given the tools to carry on living in this wild world.”
